Delivery is included on all our furniture, for all mainland areas south of and including the Scottish Central Belt, for other UK areas please contact us for a quote.
From the date of your order it takes on average 6 weeks for standard order items but between 8 to 12 weeks for bespoke items.
We mainly deliver ourselves or occasionally use a specialist delivery company.
On payment of your order we will give an estimated dispatch date with delivery usually taking place 5 to 10 days later. This date could change a little bit as we build your furniture but will keep you fully informed throughout and confirm a delivery date well in advance.
We will also confirm an hourly delivery time slot but if you have any delivery preferences please let us know as soon as possible. We can also deliver to workplace, family friend, neighbour or leave your furniture in a dry safe place if required. Being a small company and delivering ourselves we usually only do driver only deliveries.
It is very easy to pay through the website using your Debit, Credit Card or PayPal. Other payment options are available, please contact us for details.
If you require a bespoke item, payment is made by secure invoice to your email address, payment can then be made by any bank or credit card or by PayPal account.
Payment can also be made by direct transfer to our business account, just ask for details.
You can also spread the cost if the order value is £1000 or more, interest free over 4 payments.
We take 30% deposit 2 to 3 weeks after order with a further 3 more equal amounts every month to the balance is paid. Contact us for a quote.
