     Dear Wayne,Thanks for the bookcase,Wayne it is quality and i am sure it             will passed on to someone in the family when I am gone. Its hard to find               good  quality furniture that will last for years. As we all know,                                 craftsmen of any kind are a dying breed. Hopefully more people will                     use their common sense and seek out company's like yours that when                 they say the product is what they say it is,it is.Their are so many spiel                 merchants about,it is hard to navigate.Wayne and his wife are a lovely                 couple, very warm people.THANKS AGAIN MR OSBORNE.

      Highly recommended: furniture is superb, adapted exactly in sizing to                  ensure it fitted in and Wayne kept in contact throughout to ensure we knew          when it might arrive. Rare to find such well built furniture and lovely to be            able to support a local (although not local to us!) business rather than main          supplier. Hi Wayne,

We collected the bookcase yesterday (Crete) and I put the shelves in and filled it with books today. We’re really pleased with it! I think it’s the best you’ve made for us - and not “just” because it’s oak this time. The workmanship is excellent, the shelf spoons (is that the correct term?) fit perfectly and feel very solid, the shelves too.

The packaging was also very good. I think you said it was improved? The little moulded corners worked perfectly.

Please thank everyone who was involved. Especially yourself.

'What an absolute joy to deal with Wayne, nothing is too much trouble, problems,if any, are sorted out immediately and the level of service is incredible. The quality and craftsmanship of the products is indisputable and the bespoke service is superb. I can't praise Wayne highly enough,customer relations are excellent and other businesses looking for a role model would do well to observe Wayne's company.
